This is an application to be considered to be a Vendor for the 2024 Butler County Fair.

By completing this form you give the Butler County Agricultural Society permission to contact you if further information is needed.

Passes:

With each space rental you will receive 14 one-day passes. If needed you may purchase more 1-day passes ($10), 4-day passes ($25), or 7-day passes ($35).

Set Up:

Displays may be set up on Friday July 19th or Saturday July 20th from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Removal:

Displays are NOT to be removed until AFTER 11:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 27th, or may be removed Sunday July 28th. DUE TO PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS PRIOR TO THIS TIME.
NOTE: Fairboard does not furnish carts or other means for moving your supplies and/or materials to or from your booth.

Conduct:

Courteous and orderly conduct is expected from exhibitors, their agents, and their workers. Any violation of the rules as stated in the Fair Premium Book or discourteous conduct towards fair patrons, directors, or fair employees would warrant immediate expulsion from the fairgrounds.

Insurance:

The Society assumes NO responsibility for the loss to damage of Lessee’s Property. Lessee agrees to indemnity and hold BCAS harmless at all times from liability or payments for damages arising out of the Lessee’s use and/or occupancy of space, including but not limited to, BCAS’S costs, expenses, and legal fees incurred in defending any claim arising there from. Lessee shall obtain adequate liability insurance to indemnify the BCAS in an amount not less that $500,000 and shall provide the BCAS with certificate of insurance not less than 10 days prior to the start of the annual Butler County Fair. Contract is subject to lessee securing and prominently displaying all Licenses and/or permits from the Dept. of Agriculture and/or other entitles. (If required).

Health Permits:

Booths serving food must obtain a health permit from the City of Hamilton Health Department and are responsible for setting up inspections with them before opening. (Please contact the City Health department BEFORE the fair for Health Department rules and regulations).

Selling Items:

All vendors selling items or taking orders must have and display in their booth, a current vendors license for the state of Ohio.

Pepsi-Cola:

Pepsi-Cola has the beverage contract for the fairgrounds. ALL WATER, POP, ENERGY DRINKS, ETC, are to be purchased from them. They will have a representative on the grounds to take orders during the week. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED! Automatically

EXHIBITORS MUST STAY WITHIN FOUR FEET OF THE FRONT OF THEIR BOOTH when handing out promotional materials. No promotional materials such as balloons or any other items being sold by vendors can be handed out without permission from the Concessions Manager. No person shall be permitted to make solicitations of any nature on the fairgrounds in any areas expect in their contracted areas. The abuse of any privilege granted by extortion, impure of unwholesome food, sale of dishonest goods, untidy appearances of booths or any other acts or practices objectionable to the Butler County Agriculture Society, their directors and their employees will forfeit all rights and privileges without recourse!

SPACES WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY HELD FOR THE 2023 FAIR UNLESS THE FAIR CONCESSIONS MANAGER IS CONTACTED PRIOR TO APRIL 1, 2023.
