*** First Time Customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve a spot. This will be applied to
the storage fee. Please mail contract with deposit.
Remember, this is a dead storage unit. Once it goes in, it’s here until April 19th,
2025. We will not be pro-rating for early pick-up, as we won’t be able to fill the space for the duration of storage

Pricing is based on total length of Item, which includes hitch, swim platform, etc. Total space required to store.
Cars, Trucks & Wave Runners - $75.00/Month
Boats, Campers & RV's
Up to 19' - $75.00 month
Over 19' to 24' - $80.00 month
Over 24' to 29' - $85.00 month
Over 29' to 34' - $90.00 month
Over 34' to 39' - $95.00 month
Over 39' to 44' - $100.00 month
Over 44' to 49' - $105.00 month
Over 49' to 54' - $110.00 month
Over 54' to 60' - $115.00 month

2024-25 Winter Storage ContractWe have two move in dates, typically first weekend in October and first weekend in November.
Typically boats or campers, but any vehicle. We do have a height limit of 12', so we cannot store 5th wheels or anything taller than 12'.
You pay when you pick up your item in the Spring, typically the last weekend in April.
